Add an event that reacts with a "Snitch" emoji on a random message in a random (accessible) channel that then rewards a player with points/etc when "caught" (reacted to).
- Bot reacts to last <5-10 messages in a random channel.
- If someone reacts to the message, it awards that player a random or set amount of points.
- It'll occur randomly throughout predefined hours
