use `s-q-item__subtitle` class for subtitle

The sophie-q class s-q-item__subtitle should be used for the subtitle instead of the sophie-font class here: https://github.com/nzzdev/Q-election-votes/blob/dev/views/Header.html#L4
This improves consitency across Q graphics.
