Make Simmetrica available on PyPI

I think it would be a good idea to make simmetrica available on PyPI. Since its already installable with a setup.py this should be fairly trivial and it will make it more approachable to new users (like myself).

Hello Dougal!

First of all, thanks for your interest and pull requests! Last night i published latest version of Simmetrica to pypi. But it's not stable, non package files (templates, static files) are installing to different paths. Because data_files directory (/usr/local) (in setup.py) is not same directory with sys_prefix (/usr) under Linux (But works great with Mac OS X). I'm looking to your other pull requests, thanks again!!
