Use grunt and schema to automate/bootstrap some configuration

A lot of the time I've spent using this has been in enumerating the searchable/showable fields in Solr. It'd be freaking awesome if there was a grunt task that could hit a solr (maybe defined in the environment or set via command-line), query the schema and solrconfig, and provide a superset from which we can winnow.
