Show only rated doesn't show any rated

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Select show only rated, expand a query, no documents are displayed, even though they are rated.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a case
2. add a query
3. rate the documents
4. select Show only Rated
5. See that none of the rated documents are displayed.
   Expected behavior
   A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The rated documents are displayed.
