run-profit.trailer unzips with .cmd extension

Hi! I have a Mac and followed all the instructions for installation the software in my machine. However, when I unzip the trading folder, the file opens up as a Parallels extension. I have no idea why this is happening. I have a tried numerous times unzipping the file and this always happens. Please help.
