Wrong way to return from the page "Terms and Condition"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any section of the system, except for the section "Assessment events" (not the administrative block)
2. Click on the link "Terms and Condition" in the bottom right of the screen.
3. Click on the button "Go back"

Actual result:
The user is redirected to section "Assessment events" (not the administrative block).

Expected result:
The user is redirected to the section from which he followed the link "Terms and Condition"
