User avatar is not displayed immediately after the update

It is expected that after the user has updated his avatar, it will immediately be displayed in his profile.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Register a new user without adding avatars (screen 1)
2. Confirm the administrator of the new user
3. Confirmed by user go to profile settings
4. Add an avatar
5. Click "Save changes" (screen 2)

Actual result: User's profile avatar is not displayed without reloading the page (screen 3)

Expected result: The user's avatar is displayed in the profile without reloading the page
