Filtering is not saved when returning from the user's page to the list of users

Need to be done:
Filter values need to be saved in query params of the URL to keep filter params during navigation to details pages and sharing links with applied filters.

Update requirements with newly implemented logic.

There is no requirement to keep filter values in the URL string, so this is not a bug but an enhancement.
