engine-setup: external_truststore missing

Hello,

I'm doing developer mode installation on ovirt-engine with current master. I did all the work on CentOS Stream 8 and ovirt 4.5 repo.

Build completed but setup failed ( "${PREFIX}/bin/engine-setup" ) with the following message:

[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/yongsheng/f419/var/lib/ovirt-engine/external_truststore'

Solved, but not really. Setup completed successfully after I re-installed everything from a very "pure clean " environment based on CentOS Stream 8
