Affected version

IMPORTANT!: oVirt prior to 4.5 reached end of life.

Describe the bug

When trying to update the system, I'm getting a error on openswitch3.1

The error is listing:
nothing provides libmlx5.so.1(MLX5_1.24)(64bit) needed by openvswitch3.1-3.1.0-17.el9s.x86_64

To reproduce

Install the latest ovirt on a redhat 9.1 host and try to upgrade

Hi, we do not test with RHEL, we only run CentOS Stream 8 and 9.
el9stream packages do not necessarily resolve properly with RHEL 9.1, especially with 9.2 behind the corner.
