Describe the bug
Unable to migrate any individual VMs, including Hosted-Engine. Receiving the error "Could not fetch data needed for VM migrate operation".
To reproduce
In an NFS environment with two Hosts and with Hosted-Engine, we are unable to migrate any VMs... individually, including the Hosted-Engine.
However, when one Host is placed in maintenance mode, all VMs do migrate successfully to the other available Host.
Additional comments
- Same issue whether trying to migrate VM from Host 1 to Host 2 or Host 2 to Host 1.
- No events recorded in the administration portal Events, or in engine.log during the failed VM migration.
- A search reveals that this bug "may" have apparently been fixed in 2019 per RedHat Bugzilla 1670701, and duplicate 1690862.

Additional context
Forced an update (4.5.7) yesterday afternoon and rebooted. Still could not migrate a single VM.
Just for shits and giggles, attempted to migrate a VM this morning and it worked! The migrate button is my new friend! It works every time! Wish I knew what changed though!
