Short description

After upgraded from 0.3.0 to 0.4.1, codes break.

ImportError

ImportError: dynamic module does not define module export function (PyInit_oasysdb)

Steps to reproduce

Just import from oasysdb.preludes

Expected Behavior

Works like a charm
