I follow the install "instructions" to install on Linux. I am using Ubuntu 16.04. I create a mariaDB database and I change the parameters, I create an apache2 conf file to point to the directory, and when I look at my site I see:

start(); $bootStrap->dispatch(); } 

What does this message indicate? Where should I start to troubleshoot?
