Implementation feedback. The "tid" claim clashes with a claim commonly used in AAD for the tenant ID. Perhaps we can use an alternative like idt, txi, txnid, txn_id or tti?

Discussed in the identity chaining call. Recommendation is to use the 'txn' claim name as defined in RFC 8417.
