PROBLEM: python and tools to not work

PROBLEM
python tools do not work, because the paths are not set
SOLUTION
set path to c:/Python27 and c:/Python27/Scripts

The path is not set on the guest OS correct? I found it set on 2012R2 windows guest after running both ps1 setup scripts. I think I'm just stuck on #2

o.k. good to know that this problem might be version specific.
