It doesn't actually contain any Caché ObjectScript code, only:

  • cube definition
  • pivots
  • dashboards

all of which are xmls.

That said, I don't see any particular reason to convert it to UDL.

Cubes are classes actually and can have methods, pivots and dashboards in exported in folders look better.
E.g. dsw-map
