marker: "arrow-reverse" is the same as marker: "arrow" for Line mark

To reproduce open https://observablehq.com/plot/features/markers and use both "arrow" and "arrow-reverse", results look the same as of today.

It’s different, but only for the arrow at the start of the line, so it’s easy to not notice.
