Content section is too small compared to the left/right nav bars

Describe the bug
Content should be first and foremost. Currently, the nav bars take up way too much space, taking attention away from the content and reducing the working area content writers have to use.

Expected behavior
Content should take up most of the page - then nav bars, then headers.
