Expected Behavior
A normal experience where I just open OBS, open the capture folder, then view a recording from yesterday.
Current Behavior
I opened OBS, wanting to view a recording from yesterday I had done with someone else, but the captures file took an extremely long time to open, then after finished loading, the recordings only follow through every now and then (It would jitter the audio and video, making it like the joke "3 frames whenever I feel like it"). I restarted my computer twice then let it shut down for around 10 minutes, thinking it was the computer acting up a bit, but I was incorrect.
Steps to Reproduce
No steps were required. I just opened it up and it kept this problem.

It just fixed itself right after I posted this
i'm having this issue with 32.0 as well. in one case it started dropping frames after 3:24:46 into a recording.
it goes away after restarting obs. i'll have to capture the logs next time and post a new issue
