Background Removal not showing up

Describe the bug
I watched a YT video and the steps are not exactly the same to install it. Besides, he shows on Win 10, and I have a Mar Air M1. But I downloaded the pkg file, install it (can't do much, just next, next, you did it). I get confirmation that all worked fine. But when I try adding the filter, "Background removal" is not on the list. What should I do?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '...' https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/background-removal-virtual-green-screen-low-light-enhance.1260/
- Click on '....' Go to Downloads
- Scroll down to '....' Assets & download PKG file. Install it and restart OBS.
- See error. There is no error, the new filter simply doesn't show.
Expected behavior
I have "Background removal" available in filters.
