Add a Source that produces a binary mask

in addition to a filter we can provide a Source (which we connect to a video source by a property) that produces a binary mask
the mask can then be used in other OBS filters to do all kinds of things.

the mask plugins actually work very well with alpha channels, which we do support. so this is irrelevant
