Get new endpoint, remove fake data

Waiting for Ralph LeVan to provide us with the new end,point for AutoSuggest that will result in the inclusion of the "nametype" property. The widget can already handle it; currently, there is mock data for proof-of-concept and testing.

The code to be removed is demarcated by //CUT comments. Obviously, if the endpoint URL changes, that also will have to change.
