At the moment, the widget expects to be attached to a hidden input, creating the text box (and optional widget). We should be able to attach the widget to an already-existing text box, perhaps with an additional option for placing the ID (or perhaps that would just be handled in the select callback)

Taken the whole issue of creating a text box out of the widget, leaving this as an exercise for the user.
