docker logs hang due to waiting for a specific ddf log line that is no longer valid

Currently the entrypoint uses a specific line of text in the ddf logs to determine some level of system readiness. This line does not seem to exist in the latest version. This check should be removed in favor of polling for the ddf console to be available instead
