Uppercase G with combining tilde doesn’t display correctly

G̃ is a letter in the Guarani alphabet. The combining tilde (U+0303) appears next to the bottom-left of the uppercase G instead of above it. It works correctly in a lowercase g.

This can be fixed with combining marks
