Change docs from the wiki to rust docs

Rust docs might be a better fit for a rust project, specially now that the project is going to have a public API.

Well, rustdoc things seem not to be the best for free-style docs, so I'll need to figure out if I need 2 docs, one for the library and one for the binary, or maybe I need to split it into 2 different crates 🤔
