The template should have pre-baked routes and views for authentication crud:

  1. account creation
  2. second device linking
  3. connect

@therealjeffg I removed "recovery kit creation" from the list. I changed "login / logout" to "connect" to reflect what is currently in the mockups.

If you would like to consider a "disconnect" option, we'll need to discuss how it would work and where it should live in the mockups.

Need to fix the link when you click "I have an existing account" before we can close this.
