Implement new account registration flow

  1. User enters email
  2. UCAN with DID and email is sent to Fission server
  3. Email with code is sent to user
  4. User copies code into form and enters username
  5. Request is sent to server to register account
  6. Fission server returns account UCAN (might depend on future account flow)
