• What is the current behavior?
  A static google docs-like 8x11 print paper template

• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem

• What is the expected behavior?
  That there be a pre-filled template that gets added to each new page

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  So that the User doesn't have to manually recreate the proposal template from scratch for every new page.

• Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, stacktraces, related issues, suggestions how to fix, links for us to have context, eg. stackoverflow, gitter, etc)
