• What is the current behavior?
  A static google docs-like 8x11 print paper template

• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem

• What is the expected behavior?
  That there be an initial form each user has to fill out that will transfer over to the template. Input should ask for all contact info to be shown on the page as well as a unique signature if the user wants and

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
  So that the user doesn't have to start from scratch if they don't want to when making their proposal template.

• Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, stacktraces, related issues, suggestions how to fix, links for us to have context, eg. stackoverflow, gitter, etc)
