Update label to right of map to 2022

The top right hand corner of the map has a 2021 label. This needs updating to 2022.

It's ok - it picks up the year we are starting with and, of course, 2021/22 is labelled 2021 in the DFES world. (It is only 2022 in the regulatory world).
