Compile-Command defines could be clearer

The docs for compile-command defines come much earlier than that of #config, it should probably link to that part of the docs, or mention that the second arg is a default. If you just look at this part of the docs it the code looks like its saying when FOO == false do the thing (although the comment is correct).

Maybe im just a noob though :D

clarified it slightly in #126 hopefully it's clear enough now, otherwhise you can give an example if you want
