language capitalization

A lot of the language options don't appear to be capitalized

Heyo @howardchung couple questions on contributing to this repo
I made a couple changes and things look good, are the steps for contributing the similar as
odota/web?
I couldn't find lint packages and the test script isn't complete working correctly.
Also should I
clone, open new branch, make changes and put up a PR for review
or
fork, branch etc.

We haven't set up some of the infrastructure like linting/tests yet on this project.
