Here's the procedure I followed:

Upgrading

  1. Go to "Plugins -> Plugin Manager".
  2. Disable (uncheck) LispIndent, then Close the dialog.
  3. Quit jEdit
  4. cd ~/.jedit/jars and rm LispIndent.jar
  5. follow the installation instructions under the Usage section

Fixed in 32380a1, reopen if inadequate. :)
