OpenWebif broken after recent update

Affected user interface (delete as appropriate):
Entire UI - homepage returns 404

Describe the bug / Actual behaviour:
Go to OWIF url:

Error 404: Not found

The requested page doesn't exist.

Expected behaviour:
OWIF UI should load
