Problem with diagram size

Hi!
I was doing an ontology diagram (attach below) and in the step where I drop the xml downloaded diagram to convert it to ttl, it appears like the xml doesn't exist. I tried this step more times and ended up finding that it is a matter of size. I suppose that my diagram is too big to convert it properly from xml to ttl, because if I select parts of my diagram the conversion works, but if I try with the entire diagram it doesn't.
