Embedding the OERPUB Editor inside another page

Closed this issue · 2 comments

Hello, I am trying to put the OERPUB Editor behind an authentication / authorization page, but am having problems embedding the Editor inside my app. Do you have any examples, docs, or guidance for this? It seems app.coffee wants to load a file that is not in the bookeditor repo: app.js. I reconfigured config.coffee and app.coffee to point to my directories, but I don't know where app.js is or what the contents should be...the FireBug error can be seen below:

Thanks!

So, we haven't embedded the whole book editor in something else, yet, but we have embedded the Aloha editor itself. We do think that the css is really fragile right now and might cause some problems. I think that you may want to embed the bookish repo. Will discuss further.

Ok, thanks, I will look into just embedding the Aloha Editor. Does seem more manageable!

Thanks!
Cole
