Feature request: Overwrite website refresh rate in config

Hey,

we might use SmokePing a bit different than intended, as we use it to send 5 pings per 1 second rather than some pings every X minutes.

Therefore we run into one issue:
The websites refresh period is the same as the pin period.

Therefore I would like to request one of those features:

• Either allow to overwrite the website refresh period in the config files (It can still default to the ping period)
• Or add a config option to disable auto-refresh completely.
