Final Feature Implenentations + Cleanup

Final Feature Implmentations for v0.1:

• Ability to rename and delete collections.
• Welcome screen for update/first install.
• Allow "last update" to be null in db, and handle in client for new collections.
• Fix titlebar dropdown behavior.
• For all custom dropdowns fix clickoutside collision with click the selector to open.

Cleanup:
Some feautres are implemented in two different ways in two different components so I could test the two methods head to head during development, set everything to be the one superior method. Add documentation, and add whatever is required for build.
