Bahmni Hospital Management

Not sure what the way forward would be but I suspect this would be very much like we currently offer Edupi / Wikifundi.

This is a hospital / patient management system that could do well with Wikimed type content.

I don't think it's a good fit for the hotspot: lack of need, not plug-and-play (requires some configuration) and very different from the rest of the tools we have: all of them having in common sharing information.

But given we are moving toward a more flexible (at least technically) model for apps, it might be a good opportunity to define (and write down) a guideline of what the hotspot is meant to offer and the criteria for new apps to be included/offered.
