Line 78 of the helper.php contains a hardcoded list of DokuWiki version names. This is not maintainable. I'm not sure what it is used for, but if we really need it, we should pull that info from the API.

This was part of the compatibility info. There are more disabled code in pm_plugins_list_lib around line 210.

I think we should remove all disabled code before merging with core.

I removed some dead CSS code together with the RTL fixes in b940215. But I'm not sure if that was all of it.

I have the feeling many language strings are also not used anymore. That should be checked.
