Cannot Update Mod with no zip present

For Example:

  1. Download Mod
  2. Update Mod and close app before it completes
  3. Restart and try to update mod

This actually has to do with me no longer copying the zip files to a temp location, fearing that the system temp location would not be on the same drive as the destination.

Should instead use temp file in same directory as test. Just suffix with .tempdownload
