Homepage UX suggestions - Font for Resources vs tagline

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
People come to us to search for resources. .That should be the first and most important thing. Right now LIFE logo takes 1/3rd the space.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should increase the font of resource names (Medicines, Oxygen etc). We should reduce the font for "Verified Crowd Sourced Emergency Services Directory"

@jitendraag @shrihari689 We can also add a button like My Location . We can show that district and state data then person will only have to choose Resource. What do you say? Also for #278
