`\` instead of `/ ` ?

Hey!

I just installed Material Insiders and I was wondering why contributors don't show up all the time.

All files are merged since the site is generated by GitHub pages, so I don't think it fits the reason described in Limitations.

After looking at the logs and the different pages, I found out that:

• Contributors are only shown on pages that are stored at the root of the documentation
• All requests for pages that aren't at the root of the documentation have \ instead of /, and are therefore met with a 404

Here is an example:

The first file contained in "docs" is queried correctly, but those that are located in the subfolder "cfa" are queried with the wrong delimiter

Btw I followed the URLs after "repairing" them and the contributor files are indeed present.

Thanks for the report @FlagHunter01, and the thorough analysis. I fixed it in the latest 1.1.2 release.
Can you check if this is OK on your end?
