Discuss how resources would be collected

Summary

Iris is going to have a feature where we provide resources to caregivers, but how will these resources get to the device? Will they make an API call to ojosproject.org? Will nurses have to add it themselves? What if they add a single new resources in a single device? Will it sync with all the others? How?

Idea to consider: A "Resource Index" file we'd host on GitHub. Iris makes API calls to the file on GitHub. Gives the potential for external developers to also use this file to supply others with hospice resources.
