Search and filter, Next page ignores selection

Example:

I have a search with too many results, so I filter by country.
Now I get 56 results with 25 results on page one of three pages in total:
https://fragdenstaat.de/anfragen/rheinland-pfalz/?q=fensterglas

At the bottom of the page I find a linkbox with link to page two and three, previous (inactive) and next page.
Clicking page two or next page brings up a result list with 6.049 results.
https://fragdenstaat.de/anfragen/rheinland-pfalz/?page=2&jurisdiction=rheinland-pfalz

The page expected would be this one, displaying results 26-50:
https://fragdenstaat.de/anfragen/rheinland-pfalz/?q=fensterglas&page=2

Page 3 is wrong as well: Actual result:
https://fragdenstaat.de/anfragen/rheinland-pfalz/?page=3&jurisdiction=rheinland-pfalz
Preferred result:
https://fragdenstaat.de/anfragen/rheinland-pfalz/?q=fensterglas&page=3

Regarding github, I was not able to select a label, so I have categorized my request by modifying the title accordingly.
