Code of Conduct

sapetti9 opened this issue · 3 comments

As we are opening the application development to the community for feedback and contributions, we need to make explicit the type of participation that is expected, and the behaviour that is unacceptable. We have an OKFN CoC: https://okfn.org/en/code-of-conduct/#:~:text=Be%20respectful%20in%20speech%20and,or%20harassing%20behaviour%20and%20speech and a Frictionless CoC: https://frictionlessdata.io/work-with-us/code-of-conduct/#introduction

I'll let you decide which one is better @romicolman, but it would be good to have a link to it in the About. For reference: https://docs.github.com/en/communities/setting-up-your-project-for-healthy-contributions/adding-a-code-of-conduct-to-your-project

Once we have decided on which CoC we want to use, I am happy to add it.

HI @sapetti9! Thanks for flagging this! Since both texts are identical, It is better to redirect to the Frictionless CoC because the ODE is part of the Frictionless universe :)

@sapetti9, I have just created the PR. This should be OK today.

@romicolman @guergana can we please add the CoC to the About of the repo too, e.g.:

And as part of the Readme e.g.:
