Adding a URL not associated with a table

Problem description

Let's say a user goes to ADD--Remote file and paste a link not associated with a table. For example: this one (URL from X). Right now, the ODE displays a dialogue with this message:

"The URL does not point to a supported tabular file e.g. CSV/XLSX"

We need to change the dialog message for this text:

"The URL is not associated with a table"

Steps to reproduce it

• Open the ODE
• Go to Add
• Click on REMOTE FILE.
• Paste this URL: https://x.com/porqueTTarg/status/1817565856638841055
