Remove VALID button from the app

Overview
When there are no files selected, the ODE displays the VALID button in violet at the top right of the application:
Steps to reproduce it
- Open the ODE.
- Upload a csv
- Click on the blank space (left menu)
Actions
Please, remove that button from the app.
